Web Developers' Tools And Resources
This section is like borrowing my workshop. Everything I find useful in developing my own sites, will be listed here, more or less in the order they're used--ALL FREE, NATURALLY. Some of these could be listed in multiple categories, so I picked one and cross-referenced the others.
If you have a favorite developers' site that isn't listed, please send me an email or post it on our message boards.
Check for domain name availability.
If you're wondering
if a domain name is available,
you can do a quick search by clicking on the banner, below, then scrolling
down to where it says "Sign up here."
Enter the name you want where it says "New domain search." You
can check other extensions,
but don't click anything else except the "next" button on that
page.
You can search for as many names and extensions as you want.
You are under no obligation to continue the sign-up process.
