This month, my review of a "Make Money Online" opportunity is for DXInOne, an e-currency exchange program.
Here is an extensive directory of free online games. They're all multiplayer, realtime, and graphical. Sign up and start playing immediately. No downloads (at least not on the one I tried--an RPG called Action Quest). They have an alphabetical listing or pick by category (Action, Board/Puzzle, Casino, RPG, or strategy). You can also browse their recommendations. These games are all free to start. Some stay free, forever. Others allow you to buy optional upgrades. The casino games are real, with a free trial, then pay to play, so parents beware.
Work & Learn
This month I'm combining Work and Learn because the site I'm reviewing is for both. It's the US Government Small Business Administration site, offering free courses in just about every aspect of business planning, starting, financing, management, marketing, and the ever-present taxation.
These courses are outsourced to various 3rd-party websites, so they all have a different look and feel. Some are in PDF format--others in regular HTML. Some require Java and Flash support. Some are multi-media presentations. They all require that you fill out a short registration form.
